Responsible for managing and maintaining executives' schedules.
Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings
Work in close coordination with Executive to align company’s mission and vision in all operations.
Responsible for supporting and working in collaboration with the high-level executives, senior management and all departments.
Responsible to oversee and supervise the tasks which have been assigned to the department heads, on Executive’s behalf.
Responsible for development of Workflows as per the requirement.
Responsible for research, compile, assimilate, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents, and brief the executive regarding contents.
Responsible for transmit directives, instructions and assignments and follow up on status of assignments as liaison between the executive and subordinates and others.
Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors.
Responsible for file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Conserves time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications and emails.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Fulfilling any other responsibility/ task assigned by the CEO.
