Job description:

-Looking after overall Supply chain Operations.

-Timely Issuance of purchase orders / job orders and keep track of deliveries by monitoring lead times.

-Cash Indent/requistion management & right sourcing for purchases.

-Establish new sources for materials

-Negotiating prices with suppliers

-preparation of service contracts

-follow up with suppliers for deliveries and other matters.

-Coordination with accounts, sales, and marketing departments.

-Goods recieving to be managed along with inventory.

-Handling dispatch of sales orders

Job includes travelling to suppliers and others in instances where it is required.
