Job Description:
- Communicate with vendors and store employees for resolution of Maintenance / Utilities related issues.
- Negotiation with venders on prices and payments via emails / calls.
- Scheduling of vendor visit at stores in USA and ensure the completion of Task
- Maintain vender Bio data in master record for future use
- Maintain and update maintenance issues tracker
- Reporting and coordinating with senior and middle management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 02 years working experience in Back Office Support/ Remote Cutomer Services.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Minimum bachelor degree in sciences or business administration.
- Strong verbal and written English Communication skills
- Experienced in International campaign US/UK will be preferred
