| Job Description: |
- Supervising and managing complete MIS application related to branches,warehouses,sales and collections.
- Supervising supply chain function including warehousing and stock logistics including deliveries.
- Monitoring project's financial executions to ensure completion timelines and customer invoicing.
- Preparing post completion financial analysis orders and projects.
- Preparing and maintaining management reports for each product category and line of business.
- Checking and verification of costings.
- Checking and controlling branches and warehouse operational expenses.
- Management of invoicing,receivables,collections and adjustments.
- Periodic reporting of budget vs actual-sales and collections.
- Preparation of monthly forescast of collection against accounts receivables and sales.
- Undertaking warehouse inspections and periodic stock counts.
- Coordinating with internal audit function for warehouse,projects and customer visits and verifications.
- Supervising and follow up of issuance and collection of EM, BGs and tax challans.
- Devising SOPs of business operations/departments and ensuring compliance to company policies.
