| Job Description: |
- Maintian the MINTEX Data.
- Preparation the custom rebate cases
- Responsible of preparation the 3.5% DLTL cases
- Responsible for Manual Filing of DLTL Cases
- Complete Import Documentaion on ( L/C & 100% advance payment )
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Scrutinise / auditing on regular basis ensuring all costs are accounted for in correct GL codes
- Produce error-free accounting reports
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns and preparation for records for Tax.
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Assist in preparing bank related documents like LC/LG applications.
- Assist in various periodic reports for management
- Periodic intercompany and monthly bank reconciliation
- Periodic cash count and reconciliations
- Preparing and updating contact-wise receivables and jobwise payment control schedules for all jobs/projects.
