Job Description:

Achievement of Sales Targets

Execution of daily sales plan

Distribution handling

Daily route plan execution

Managing PSR & Distributor sales staff

Managing stocks and safety stocks by brands and by SKU

Ensuring proper supplies to every potential customer

Managing operational costs to increase distributor’s profitability

Personally handling Key Accounts & Captive Outlets

Managing coverage, distribution, pricing and display to gain volume and market share.

Analyzing market trend and keep vigilant eye on competitor’s movement

Review and recommended customers TOT installation, terms and to agree the values period and method of payment.

Focus on numeric and weighted coverage

Responsible for management of wholesale vs. retail business seasonality & Territory outlet conversion

Monitor and track all KPI

Identify new opportunities in assigned market
