| Job Description: |
- Coordinate with Reservation manager and reconfirm with supplier list of all services booked
- Get hotel bookings confirmation number from suppliers and enter it in the system
- Email agents service confirmation number using reservation system or outlook
- Use of in-house reservations system – Juniper
- Update all incoming enquires into booking status system, this will be updated after every 45 minutes
- Monitor all online bookings confirmed, investigate failure bookings and find operational solutions to the challenges that may arise
- Provide high standards of customer care at all times: reconfirm all special requirements entered into the booking
- Use multiple channels of communication with the agents: Email, Phone, Skype, WhatsApp
- Acquire a comprehensive product knowledge (destinations and services sold by the company) and market awareness to ensure the best and the most appropriate product is offered according to clients’ needs
- Be able to prioritize workload and demonstrate good organizational skills by finishing tasks within allocated time
- Pay attention to detail of all the enquiries received
- Attend training sessions and team meetings where applicable
- Establish good working relationships with agents and suppliers
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude and maintain positive working relationship at all times
