We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for our UK based home security campaign.

Your job will be to analyse the customers’ home security needs and to offer the appropriate choice of product according to their home security needs.

Take direct control of team retention levels.

Use company methodology and own initiatives to ensure retention targets are achieved.

Supervisory experience is required.

Oversee day-to-day operation

Monitor team performance and report

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
