• Responsible for recruiting, screening and placing riders.

•Handle employee relations, payroll and training

• Management of hired riders. Dealing with all their issues and provide innovative solutions.

•Manage attendance for all riders and coordinate with the accountant in regards to paid and unpaid leaves according to company policies.

•Actively seek new avenues to hire riders
