Opportunity Description:

We are looking for a self-driven Social Media Marketing and SEO (SMM and SEO) Expert who can interact and attract targeted communities and users on different Social media Platforms.

Social Media Marketing Expert’s Job Role:

Your goal will be to achieve superior customer engagement. You have to enhance website traffic and revenue by using all aspects of social media marketing roadmap strategically.

Social Media Marketing Expert should have a solid understanding of social media channel. How each platform works and how to engage users on these channels with optimizing content.

You will be joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand/Company. You will be “soft selling” the product to our current and prospective customers by providing support online.

Responsibilities:

Building and executing a perfect social media strategy through audience identification, platform determination, competitive research, benchmarking and messaging

Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (Videos, images or text)

Enhancing the visibility of the company’s social content by setting up and optimizing company pages

Moderating the user-generated content according to company’s moderation policy

Collaborating with other departments (sales, customer relations, etc.) to coordinate actions, identify key players and manage reputation

Continuously improving by capturing the appropriate social media metrics/data and analyzing the insights and best practices to take actions accordingly

Requirements:

BS in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Communications

Proven working experience as a Social Media Marketing Expert or a similar role along with demonstrable social networking experience
