We are seeking two energetic and professional Outbound Call Center Executives to join our team. This role involves managing outbound calls, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Gender: Female
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center, specifically in outbound calling.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and influence customers, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software, CRM systems, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, motivated to achieve targets, and a team player.
Other: Candidates must be willing to work onsite from 10 AM to 7 PM.
