Job Description:

Key Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

  • Operational Management: Overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and setting customer service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining adequate stock levels, ordering new items, and minimizing waste.
  • Sales Goals: Setting and achieving sales targets, motivating staff, and implementing sales strategies.
  • Financial Management: Managing the store budget, tracking expenses, and generating reports.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Security and Loss Prevention: Implementing and monitoring security measures to prevent theft and loss.
  • Store Appearance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
