We are looking for Field Services Engineers. The (FSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as perform necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned

• Resolves customers' queries upon their request.
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
• Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
• Provide and plan the onsite scheduled installation, preventative maintenance, compliance qualification services, and repairs to customers.
• Identify process, structure, or operational improvement areas, and discuss and implement solutions to address these with the Support Services Coordinator.
