| Job Description: |
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of real estate agents and office staff, ensuring that client service and sales activities are handled efficiently. Manage client interactions at the front desk, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and potential clients. Ensure that all real estate listings, brochures, and property information are up-to-date and available to clients. Coordinate and schedule property viewings, meetings, and open houses with clients and agents. Track the progress of sales, ensure that agents meet performance standards, and provide feedback for improvement. Monitor inventory of property listings, contracts, and marketing materials, ensuring they are adequately stocked and organized. Handle inquiries and assist clients with property-related information, ensuring timely follow-up. - Enforce office policies, manage schedules, and oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
