We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation workflows using n8n, AI, and other automation platforms.  You will be responsible for connecting APIs, orchestrating business logic, and building robust automation pipelines that streamline our operations across marketing, sales, customer service, and internal tools. We also need a you to have experience with Python and Javascript for custom scripts. Fluency in English a must. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex workflows in n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and AI automation platforms to automate business processes.

• Integrate third-party services via REST APIs, webhooks, CRMs, databases, and cloud services.

• Build custom logic within workflows using JavaScript or Python.

• Monitor and optimize automation performance, error handling, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.

• Maintain clear documentation for workflows, dependencies, and update logs.

• Work with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex) to embed smart capabilities within automation flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering or integration development.

• Proven expertise with n8n, Make.com, and Zapier in building production-grade workflows.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and JSON.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js); familiarity with Python is a plus.

• Experience integrating common SaaS platforms like Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, etc.

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and deploy scalable solutions independently.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and version control (Git).

• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience with real-time or scheduled automation (e.g., cron jobs, triggers).

• Prior exposure to AI/LLM workflows (e.g., GPT-based agents, data enrichment).
