Job Description:

Application Support Executive:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare applications such as EHR/EMR.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure uptime and availability.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Offer first and second-level support to administrative staff, and billing teams.
  • Train users on proper use of applications and new feature rollouts.
  • Gather feedback from users and relay it to the product or development team for enhancement.
  • Ensure all support practices are compliant with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • Monitor data integrity and resolve any data discrepancies or security issues within the application.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to the development or vendor teams, and coordinate until resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and IT for any system-related queries or requirements.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new releases and enhancements to ensure system stability.
  • Maintain logs of system issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Generate periodic reports on system usage, performance metrics, and support activity
