The Sourcing Buyer will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing suppliers for kitchen textiles, bathroom towels,  ladieswear, menswear, and childrenswear. You will ensure very competitive pricing, timely delivery, and adherence to our very high quality standards while building strong supplier relationships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop kitchen textiles , towels , garments across ladieswear, menswear, and childrenswear categories for major UK & European retailers.
• Identify new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Negotiate best cost prices, lead times, and payment terms to maximize margin.
• Work closely with design and merchandising teams to deliver on-trend collections within critical path timelines.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and ethical standards across all sourcing partners.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Buyer or similar role in fashion apparel.
• Strong knowledge of UK and European retail markets, particularly value and discount sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality standards, compliance, and ethical sourcing practices.
