| Job Description: |
We are hiring on behalf of an international FMCG company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its Sales Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain global exposure while working in a dynamic on-site environment in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid experience in sales operations, and the ability to optimize processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales order processing and customer claims through ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite/DMS).
- Prepare and share variance, pending and KPI-based reports (daily, monthly, annual).
- Prepare trade spend budgets and assist in trade offer planning.
- Maintain accurate sales, closing stock and order reports.
- Handle reconciliations, customer settlements and proper record keeping.
- Liaise with customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/Bachelor\\\'s degree in commerce, Finance or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in SAP, NetSuite and DMS systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI for reporting & dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- This is an on-site role based in Lahore.
