| Job Description: |
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing person to join our team. As a key member of our Operation department and dealing with the business stakeholders, Vendors and project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will be responsible for executing impactful below-the-line marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of renovation work
- Evaluate Project Performance.
- Plan and Develop the Project Idea.
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- In-Store Promotions
- Budget Management
- Data Analysis
- Participating and supervising in the renovation work of branches.
- Coordinating with vendors and staff for routine tasks.
- Any task assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- Experience: 03 to 05 years of relevant working experience in BTL Marketing, preferably in the Retail Chain Sector.
- Education: Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification (preferably in relevant field) from HEC recognized institute.
