The Sales & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring smooth coordination of all operational tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Communication


• Handle new leads from WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media


• Convert inquiries into trial classes and follow up to close sales


• Build strong relationships with parents and students


• Track and follow up on leads daily to ensure consistent pipeline movement

Operations & Coordination

• Schedule and oversee trial classes with tutors and students


• Set up new student groups and monitor their performance


• Maintain regular communication with tutors for updates and feedback


• Ensure all classes are scheduled, confirmed, and tracked properly

Database & Admin

• Keep inquiry logs, student records, and performance reports updated


• Update CRM/database regularly with accurate and up-to-date information


• Report weekly enrollment numbers and class status to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or operations (education sector preferred)


• Excellent spoken and written English


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Must have a working laptop and reliable internet connection


• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently

Preferred:

• Experience using Google Sheets/Excel, CRM tools, or project trackers


• Understanding of different school systems (IGCSE, IB, CBSE, etc.)
