The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across company systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and speed

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when possible

• Maintain and update records, files, and databases

• Retrieve data from various sources and organize it as needed

• Prepare and generate reports based on entered information

• Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality

• Communicate with relevant departments to obtain missing or unclear information

• Perform regular data backups to ensure information preservation

• Assist with administrative tasks when required

 Skills:

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative work

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
